Cookie Policy
Spanish contractual version — governing text. Last updated: 28 September 2026.
In the event of any discrepancy between this version and any translation into another language, the Spanish version shall prevail.
1. What this document covers
This Cookie Policy explains which cookies and similar storage technologies (such as localStorage) BrickChoice uses on brickchoice.net and in the customer portal, what they are used for and what control you have over them. It forms part of the General Terms and Conditions and the Privacy Policy.
Legal framework: Article 22 of Law 34/2002 of 11 July on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce (LSSI-CE), which incorporates into Spanish law the applicable rules on data storage and retrieval devices, and the GDPR where personal data are processed. Article 22 LSSI-CE also covers storage and retrieval technologies other than HTTP cookies when they fall within its scope.
2. What we currently use
2.1 First-party storage

Current check: the public marketing website (brickchoice.net), outside the customer portal, currently does not use cookies or localStorage; it is a fully static website.
2.2 Third-party cookies

We do not control the exact content or retention period of these third-party cookies; Microsoft and Stripe manage them under their own policies. In the configuration currently implemented by BrickChoice, these technologies are used exclusively for technically necessary functions relating to login and payment, respectively. BrickChoice does not use these technologies for its own analytical, advertising or tracking purposes and does not receive analytical or marketing information through them for such purposes.
2.3 What we do not currently use
BrickChoice currently does not use analytical, statistical or marketing cookies (no Google Analytics, advertising/tracking pixels or A/B testing tools).
If this changes in the future, the applicable consent mechanism will be displayed before any non-essential cookie is installed and this Cookie Policy will be updated.
3. Why there is no consent banner
Article 22.2 LSSI-CE requires prior consent for data storage and retrieval devices that are not technically necessary to provide an information society service expressly requested by the user. It does not require such consent for strictly necessary technologies, such as those used to log in, make a payment or retain a preference requested by the user.
In the configuration currently implemented by BrickChoice, all elements described in sections 2.1 and 2.2 are used exclusively for technically necessary functions and we do not use non-essential cookies or other non-essential storage technologies. Therefore, BrickChoice does not currently display a consent banner.
This criterion is expressly linked to the current technical situation and must be reviewed if the purpose or operation of any of these technologies changes. If a non-essential cookie or storage technology is introduced — for example, analytics, advertising, tracking or A/B testing — the corresponding consent mechanism will be implemented before it is installed or activated, and this Policy will be reviewed.
4. Your control
- Delete the MSAL session, demo session and language preference: through your browser settings (“clear site data” for
brickchoice.net). This will sign you out and reset the language preference to Spanish. - Microsoft/Stripe cookies: you can manage them through your browser's general settings or through the cookie options that Microsoft/Stripe make available on their own pages.

5. Changes
We may update this Cookie Policy, for example when a new cookie category, a new payment/billing provider or another storage technology is introduced. The date stated at the end of this document reflects the latest amendment.
